Eligibility

- Approve the token spend — a one-time per-currency approval transaction.
- Enter the purchase amount and confirm. Minimum order is 100 DAMT (100 USDC / 100 USDT).
- DAMT tokens are delivered instantly to the connected wallet on the same block as the confirmation.

- Approvals: Standard ERC-20 approve + transferFrom pattern; you may revoke approvals at any time via BscScan.
Decentralized & non-custodial
The DAMT sale runs autonomously through smart contracts deployed on BNB Smart Chain. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information for the purchase itself, and we do not custody your funds at any point.
- Any KYC / AML obligations are handled by your wallet provider (MetaMask, Coinbase, Trust, etc.) and by the on/off-ramp services you use to acquire USDC or USDT.
- Purchase transactions are signed by you and executed directly against the sale contract — they cannot be reversed, modified, or refunded by DAMT once submitted.
- You are responsible for verifying that your participation complies with your local regulations before connecting your wallet.
Disqualifying behavior
Any of the following voids your purchase and may forfeit tokens before they are spendable:
- Operating wallets linked to sanctioned addresses (OFAC, EU consolidated, UK HMT lists).
- Using wallets that have recently interacted with mixers or sanctioned bridges.
- Coordinated multi-wallet farming or use of stolen stablecoin funding.
- Submitting fraudulent KYC documentation if your wallet provider has required it.
Regional restrictions
The DAMT token sale is not available to residents or citizens of: United States, Canada, China, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and any jurisdiction where token sales require local securities registration. Connecting via VPN from a restricted region is a violation and may freeze the purchase.
Timing
The sale window opens at the date and time announced on damt.io and remains open until the 250M round allocation is fully subscribed or the published end date — whichever comes first. Unsold tokens are returned to the treasury and may be re-allocated to future sale tranches at the company’s discretion.
